Mr. Elliot Sorene is a highly respected consultant orthopaedic, hand and upper limb surgeon with over two decades of experience in complex hand, wrist and elbow surgery. He is internationally recognised for his surgical precision, elite sports medicine practice, and commitment to evidence-based patient care.
Overview
Mr. Sorene holds MBBS from University College London and the FRCS (Tr and Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He was awarded the European Diploma in Hand Surgery with the Churchill Livingstone Medal for best candidate in 2005. He undertook specialist fellowship training at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre in Derby and the Centre for Hand and Upper Limb Surgery at Wrightington Hospital.
He has held consultant posts at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and currently practices privately at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth and The London Clinic. He also serves as hand and wrist surgeon to London Underground and has treated elite athletes, Oscar-winning artists and international patients throughout his career.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sorene has performed guest surgery and surgical proctoring at hospitals across Israel, including Assuta Hospital Tel Aviv, Assaf HaRofe Medical Centre, Emek Medical Centre and Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Centre. He has been an invited faculty member at international meetings in Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Russia, the UAE and the United States.
He also undertook humanitarian surgical work in Nepal at Anandaban Mission Hospital and conducted volunteer surgery camps for musculoskeletal deformity correction in children in India. In 2012, he led the hand surgery medical services for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
International Surgical Collaboration
